Singer and guitarist Andy Martin has shared his new one-man band music video that is sure to put you in high spirits, from Andy’s Masterful strumming technique to his sincere vocal projection that has the ability to illuminate the space that he is performing in. The original single premiered via CLOUT Magazine, and the official music video received an official premiere via CLASH Magazine

Andy Martin elaborates on the song’s production period, “Most of the songs I write come together in a matter of hours. ‘Heat of it All’ was not one of those. I actually wrote the hook/chorus for this around 3/4 years ago. I had been playing around with progressions and some of the verse lyrics. That is why I am so proud of this song. It shows how I have evolved as a songwriter of the last few years. If you want to dance, cry, laugh or hold somebody, this ones for you (so everyone!).”

Andy is currently under the mentorship respected rock musician Ian Haug ( Powderfinger, The Church). Before the mentorship, Andy was a student at James Morrison’s music school Mt Gambler Academy after being scouted by Morrison himself.

Martin currently sits over 80 000 streams on Spotify in a period of a few months, since beginning his solo career at the start of 2020. This rising indie-rock star is definitely one to watch!
